We believe that rental property owners should be able to rent homes without the fear that a tenant won’t pay the rent. Landlords should be able to rent without being afraid of finding a lawyer and managing an eviction.
We act on this belief by providing a concierge service that will handle the eviction, and pay the landlord the missing rent if their tenant doesn’t pay.

He led the Knight Insurance Group from 1997 to 2016, leading asset growth to over $1B. Eric r
Eric has evaluated, managed, and maintained relationships between MGAs, carriers, and reinsurers for over 20 years, and has led the acquisition and formation of admitted, surplus lines, and captive insurance companies in multiple jurisdictions. He led the Knight Insurance Group from 1997 to 2016, leading asset growth to over $1B. Eric received a juris doctor, cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego. He is an active member of the California State Bar, and a licensed property, casualty, and surplus lines agent.
